Deception is an American crime procedural drama television series created for ABC by Chris Fedak. The series is produced by Berlanti Productions and VHPT Company in association with Warner Bros. Television, with Fedak serving as showrunner. The series premiered on March 11, 2018.

Superstar Las Vegas magician Cameron Black's career may have been ruined by scandal, but he's found another place to put his skills of deception, influence and illusion to use: the Federal Bureau of Investigation. As a consulting illusionist, Cameron uses every trick at his disposal -- inventing new ones as necessary -- to help the government catch the world's most elusive criminals and solve crimes that seem to defy all explanation. In doing so, he while feeds his ego by staging the biggest illusions of his career.

This is one of the best shows that I have seen which has a successful combination of illusion and mystery. First few episodes may feel raw which can be supported by the director’s intention of character development , but later on it takes a substantial change towards a really engaging scenes .The suspense in the story can hold you down to chair and the music in various scenes are top notch. It also try to talk about the ups and downs in the brotherly relationships which they made sure not to cause boredom. If you like watch something with a mix of mystery, crime and a touch of illusion then this will be your perfect choice.
